Parenting, at the best of times can be challenging while living the military lifestyle, and as our current situation continues to evolve with unexpected deployments, school closures, and perhaps working remotely – it’s a lot to navigate for anyone, but especially parents!

The following resources provide assistance, tips and ideas to help parents and caregivers do the most important job there is!

Strongest Families Families can self-refer for telephone, parenting supports relating to children who are experiencing anxiety and behavioural issues. Facilitators are also familiar with aspects pertaining to the military lifestyle and supporting children and youth with extra support/special needs. 1-866-470-7111
